Values are fundamental beliefs and principles that guide us in determining what is important, meaningful, and desirable in life. Regardless of your leadership position, they can serve as a foundation for decision-making, behavior, and the evaluation of your actions. The purpose of this exercise is to help you articulate your values at this point in time.
There are 40 values that you will review. Please select the values that are most important to you (you may select up to 15). The values will be presented in random order to encourage thoughtful consideration.
After selecting your values, you'll compare pairs of values to help us identify your top 5 most important values.
For each pair, select which value is more important to you.
